I’m sorry, but no amount of snow or any other weather is an excuse for this. I can only assume this driver was in a hurry to use the public restroom at this grocery store.

Pffft! Everyone knows that the remodeled McDonald’s have the nicest restrooms. This person must be blind, in which case, they should be in the handicap spot.
