‘Always Looking’ says, “As you can plainly see the car is parked a good distance from the curb, but what really grabbed my attention was it’s parked facing the wrong way on the wrong side of the street (as you can see the direction of the car at it’s nose).”

This isn’t only annoying, I’m pretty sure it’s illegal.
