Sheryl calls this on ”Sharing” and explains, “basically the car in the rear of the shot is legally parked at the meter, but is parked in such a way that there is a few feet from the front of his car and the meter post. The SUV in front of the shot decided to back into those few feet the other SUV isn’t using. However, he is not in a legal spot and partially blocking the driveway of the gas station. Note the windshield- the cops also found this example of bad parking and ticketed the offender.”
