Plowed in

Grand Rapids, MI
Andrea took this of a snowed in parked car. It’s small, but still funny. We can’t really tell if this is truly bad parking as the lines are buried in snow as well, but I consider it bad parking if you leave your car sitting long enough to get plowed in like this.

Rather large

Scottsdale, AZ
Margaret spotted this on her way to the bank and says, ”The parking lot there is always full of bad parking jobs, but none as blatant as this one.”
Could this truck be any more unnecessarily huge?

Can I share your spot?

Cambridge, MA
Jeff took this at an outdoor parking garage in what he calls an “uppity city.” He explains: “The oblivious woman driving this car nearly backed into me while she was jockeying it into its fine position next to the Mini. If there’s any doubt, the car on the RIGHT was the bad parker. And I disparage the [...]

Dirty van

Grand Rapids, MI
This was originally taken because that little white sign in the window has some ridiculous message (can’t remember what), but it seconds as a bad parking shot. Even found someone to model it Vanna-style.

In the red

Grand Rapids, MI
What exactly is the excuse here?

Buried

Flagstaff, AZ
Jenna says, “This is an actual parked, unoccupied vehicle, not a snow escape in progress. Trust me, I checked! It’s been there for a few hours.”

Watch the lines

Comstock Park, MI
For some reason when it snows, it seems like nobody can park. Both of these vehicles seem unrelatedly poorly parked.

Lingering

Grand Rapids, MI
The blue car on the left was parked like that for days. If you’re going to park bad, at least get in and out quickly.

Big blue

San Diego, CA
Jeff says this was taken during a day of on-and-off rain. He presumes this truck is parked this way “to be sure no other vehicle can put a ding it it.”
Yeah maybe, but still…

Double compact

San Diego, CA
Jeff says, “You’ll need to believe me that both the spaces this Honda Accord is sitting in were marked COMPACT. And I think anyone would agree the Accord is a compact. So, I’d say that the driver chose to use both compact spaces is something of a classic.”
